Pison Housing Company got Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) approval as their Loan Originator and Political Risk Insurance (PRI) originator under the Enterprise Development Network (EDN) program. OPIC is the U.S Government’s development finance institution which mobilizes private capital to help solve development challenges. The Enterprise Development Network (EDN) is a strategic alliance between the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the private sector. The EDN program is able to loan up to 250 million USD for eligible and qualified transactions.

The company is also involved in deal sourcing and structuring, cash flow projections and pre-negotiation analysis, credit & fund documentation proposal to external funding parties, manage entire due diligence process for projects, manage relationships with third party vendors such as property appraisers, real estate and mortgage institutions. Our expertise has been deployed in preparing private placement memorandum and road show pitches for construction giants and building companies raising equities.

Our suite of services also includes housing policies and market research, feasibility studies, market analysis to strategic planning, policy development and capacity building. We design, implement and evaluate mortgage business strategies. We also help prospective investors and housing/mortgage businesses capitalize and build new housing and mortgage institutions. We can assist in carrying out studies for institutions to access potential customers’ behavior towards a new housing product. We are positioned to provide advice on liquidity facility that will refinance primary market transactions and loans originated. Our partnership and collaboration with international institutions can advice, enhance, and secure secondary mortgage facility if the conditions for such transactions exist.

Furthermore, the company has been involved in overseeing real estate contract management and requirements, analyzing potential financial deals and collaborations ensuring that prudent and detail-oriented and systemic risk management processes that ensure delivery of projects are in place. The company has a dedicated team of consultants and financial analysts with proven experience in infrastructure finance, residential and commercial real estate, hospitality investment and asset management.
